DESCRIPTION
A new brand direction was developed for HotSpot, ensuring that brand equity is carried forward and consistently applied across their website and mobile app. Their new website is being redesigned following the latest industry best practices, ensuring that the user experience is considered at the heart of all decision-making, as well as information hierarchy is clear and resonant. These updates are also being translated to their mobile app, tying together a unified brand experience from start to finish.
This project is currently ongoing, and is expected to launch early 2024.
